Request Account and Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your ChessFan account and related personal data.

1. In-App Deletion (Recommended)

1. Open ChessFan on your device.
2. Go to Profile / Account settings.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion request.

2. Request by Email

If you cannot access the app, send an email request to service@aifetel.cc.

Please include:

• Your login email address (Google/Apple/email account used in ChessFan)
• Your app username (if available)
• The phrase: I request account and data deletion

3. What Will Be Deleted

• Account profile data (email, display name, user profile)
• Practice records and related metadata
• Coach links related to your account
• Cloud data associated with your user ID in Firebase

4. What May Be Retained

• Anonymized or aggregated technical records required for security, anti-fraud, and legal compliance
• FEN cache entries that are anonymized and cannot identify you personally

5. Processing Time

We process verified deletion requests within 30 days.
